Level Iteration:
As Lead Level Designer, I oversaw the development and implementation of changes to the game's map and narrative content. Throughout the project, I iterated on level layouts until the team and I agreed on the current map in the game.

Level & Narrative Design:
As Narrative and Level Designer, I went through many iterations of work, collaborating with other disciplines to ensure the environment contained the needed systems for our build. Narrative systems were developed with the help of the Ink Unity plugin.

I was also responsible for writing and placing audio logs throughout the level, which provided backstory to the game's overarching villains.

Documentation:
As well as level design, I maintained a Narrative Design Bible and script document to review and travel back to for the process of development. This greatly benefited collaborative narrative work, assisting in the design process.
Key Takeaways:
This project was the first time I attempted to develop a game on a larger scale. As a team of eleven, we could effectively develop more than we could during the previous semester. That said, because of our larger team size along with our inexperience in effective team-wide communication, development was more difficult than expected. Multiple levels, as well as a day/night cycle, were both cut from the game.
Through this experience, I gained the vital skills needed to communicate successfully on a large project.
